The WPC is an annual event to celebrate the achievement of children who have participated in The English Literacy Program and to applaud the good performance of their teachers.
Inspired by the popular American Spelling Bee Contest, we are arguably the first in India to build a Vocabulary based contest exclusively for regional language school students.
To build a nationwide platform where students from regional language schools across the country can participate in an English Competition.
Top performing students from the many LFW classes compete with each other across multiple elimination rounds till the number of participants is reduced to 6-8 in each competing age group. These last standing kids then compete in a grand finale where the winning students & their respective teachers are generously rewarded.
